Who is Pavla?
Pavla Kostková is a lector of oriental dance and yoga. She spreads her love for oriental belly dance so that she can reach as many women as possible in the right, healthy and beautiful feminine form and help them the way she helps herself every day.
She fell in love with oriental dance in 2005 and since then it has been an integral part of her life. She gradually added other areas such as yoga, physio and massage based on what she observed in herself and her clients.
The body as an incredibly sophisticated mechanism fascinates her more and more and the desire to gain new information and experience is getting stronger. That is why she is constantly educating herself and working to improve and expand the "services" she can offer to her clients.
In terms of dance, the closest thing to her is the classical cabaret style, where she can express her emotions and melt into the music.
In 2022, she started a new project called JEMNOSTÍ K SÍLE (Fineness to Strenght), in which she films online courses and guides dancers on their way to success.
The name of the project completely describes her attitude towards movement - you don't have to rush to reach your goal, work on yourself gently, with quality and with full attention to your body.

Come and learn playful choreography to the popular Tabla Bellywood song. Let's dive together into a flood of accents, shimmy and enjoy new combinations 🙂 And why is it sparkling? When you listen to the music and let your imagination run wild, it transports you to a world of sparkling stones, glitter and glow. Allow yourself to shine with that.
In the beginning of the workshop, we will focus on self-massage techniques and its wow effects ♥️ We will stretch the body so that it is as well prepared as possible for the dance and the elements that await us in the choreography. We will take a closer look at the technique of the selected elements and then - ready for anything 🙂 - we will dive into the choreography.

- children up to 14 years (included): 500 CZK
- 15 years and older (adults): 650 CZK
It'll be possible to order food for the time between WS.
