Energy as main element of your dance

When we create a choreography, we mainly think about how to include amazing combinations in it and how to attract the viewer. However, we rarely think about when and how exactly we will work with energy in choreography. And it is precisely the energy that captivates the audience, that makes your dance unique, that makes each element different. Which of you makes you you.

At the workshop, we will show how to purposefully work with energy in dance so that the choreography is energetic, full, and reaches the audience. We will show you advice and tips on how to reach out to the viewer and "touch" them. Using simple combinations, we will demonstrate how the same elements can be danced in thousands of different ways just by changing energy, and we will demonstrate how simply using energy to express emotions. What energy to use for folklore, what for show and what for classical? Is it the same? We will answer all this together at the workshop.
