Basic Information about Competition 2024
When?
- Saturday 26.10. 2024 (for categories: Teen+, Adults, Women, Ladies, Golden), exact time will be announced
- Monday 28.10. 2024 (for categories: Mini, Children, Juni, Teen), exact time will be announced
Where?
- Středisko volného času Rýmařov, Okružní 10, 795 01 Rýmařov
- Parking is possible directly in front of the building SVČ Rýmařov or 500m from SVČ on náměstí Míru
Applications and payments of the entry fee
- Applications for the Competition starts on: 1.9. 2023
- Applications Deadline: 6.10. 2024 at 23:59
- Late Applications Deadline (25% fee till this date): 12.10. 2024 at 23:59
- Late Applications Deadline (50% fee till this date): 15.10. 2024 at 23:59 (after this date we are not longer accepting Applications)
- Attendence Deadline: 15.10. 2024 at 23:59 (last chance to cancel your Application)
Order videos from the Competition
- Ordering videos online through applications is only possible until the attendance deadline, i.e. until 15.10. 2024
- From 20.10. until 22.10. 2024 is possible to order only by email to: info@pixrea.com
- The start number of the given performance must be stated in the email
- The cameraman from Pixrea will settle the invoicing with you - videos must be paid for no later than 24.10. 2024
Price list:
- Solo: 130 CZK/1 performance
- Duos/Trios: 180,-/1 performance
- Groups: 230,-/1 performance
Dates of sending music and videos
- Choreo It!
- Music for the category Choreo It! will be sent by the organizer immediately after processing the submitted Application. There is no need to pay the entry fee in advance.
- The contestant will then notify the organizer of the start of the ON/OFF stage and the name of the choreography (the name only applies to the Fusion/Show category) no later than October 15, 2024 till 23:59.
- Group Solo and Improvisation
- Video (both in english and czech language) and music for the Group Solo category and music for the Improvisation category (does not apply to the Profi category) will be continuously sent immediately by the organizer from 23.9. 2024 to all those who have duly submitted and paid application.
- Own Choreography Solo
- The music must be delivered to us no later than October 20, 2024 to e-mail: soutez@festivalhabibi.cz (if it was not delivered with the online or classic application) in mp3 format.

- Preliminary Schedule: 10.10. 2024
- Final Schedule: 20.10. 2024
- The schedule will be sent to participants by e-mail and will also be published on the website
- At the Competition, you need to follow the current schedule after changes after registration
Competition Backround
- Hot and cold drinks and hot and cold fast food will be available for purchase at the Competition - details will be sent by e-mail before the Festival
- Competitors will have changing rooms and sanitary facilities at their disposal
- There will also be a traditional Costume Bazaar and other accompanying activities
- The dancers will perform on a classic theater stage with backstage access
- Dance surface: black balletizol 8x7 meters
Visitor Tickets for 1-day at the Competition
- Children till 12 years: 110 CZK/person
- Adults: 180 CZK/person
